Motorcyclist Ben Milward

ICM is sponsoring the 2008 career of professional motorcyclist Ben Milward. Ben competes in national and international competitions, and, through his family’s motorcycling specialist shop In Chains, runs training sessions for people new to the sport. The majority of people taught by Ben are youngsters and schoolchildren, who really benefit from all that the sport offers – discipline, health and fitness, and structure.

An established star of the Motocross racing scene, Ben is now giving something back to the sport by teaching both adults, and local and disadvantaged children how to ride – and how to adopt a healthy attitude towards life.

The ICM Communications team recently joined Ben Milward for a day while he trained two young boys from Ireland how to race and ride safely.

Ben Milward has had a successful start to his racing career so far this year – and achieved third place overall in the World Round at Pontrilas, 22 June, despite technical problems which excluded him from the first race.

The ICM Communications team recently joined Ben Milward at Tony’s Motos, a motocross racing track in Winchester, where Ben gave three young boys a lesson in how to ride safely and competitively.
